Context
BOGS is a mobile gaming app that lets users bet on their performance and monetize their wins.
The product sits in a multi-app ecosystem including:
- a mobile application (React Native)
- a marketing landing page
- a web back-office for user and data management
In this context, my role was to help continuously improve the product across technical, marketing and user experience dimensions.
Challenge
The product faced several growth-related challenges:
- Better mobile UX (engagement, understanding game mechanics)
- Structured marketing features to drive acquisition and retention
- Stabilizing critical features (authentication, sign-up)
- Improving user performance tracking in the back-office
- An effective email strategy to activate users
The goal was to raise overall product quality while supporting growth and adoption.
Objective / solution
Improve and evolve the BOGS ecosystem by:
Optimizing mobile UX and player journeys
Building marketing features to drive engagement (referral, user profiles)
Securing and stabilizing critical features
Structuring tracking and analytics tools in the back-office
Deploying an effective email strategy via Brevo
Shipping and distributing mobile applications
